Requests for Proposals (RFPs)

The Fremont Festival of the Arts is the largest free street festival on the West coast, with nearly 400,000 visitors over the two day festival weekend. The Fremont Chamber of Commerce produces the Fremont Festival of the Arts, but we rely on our volunteers and vendors to create a safe and successful festival.

• Wine Garden catering
• Portable toilet service/hand wash stations
• Two-way radio rental
• Security
• Sponsor T Shirts (silkscreened)
• Beer/Wine Logistics
• Rental Equipment (generators, power cords, forklifts, hand carts, 24 foot trucks, 16 foot truck)
• Golf Carts, electric, with headlights
