Chamber posts first round of RFP's for Festival of the Arts

Interested in being a supplier of products, equipment or services for the largest outdoor festival west of the Mississippi? The Fremont Chamber of Commerce, producers of the Fremont Festival of the Arts, is currently seeking proposals for a variety of products, equipment and services utilized during the festival. We invite you to submit a proposal for consideration!

The sidebar lists products, equipment and services for which we are currently seeking proposals. Each is hot-linked to the proposal specifications. Please read the Request for Proposal (RFP) carefully as we can not consider RFP's that deviate from our specifications unless noted in the RFP. If you have questions regarding our needs, please call or email the contact person listed in the RFP.

The list of RFP's will be updated every Monday until all RFP's are listed. The next updated list will be posted on Monday, February 18, 2008

All proposals will be evaluated on satisfaction of our product needs, product quality, competitive pricing, payment terms, and value-added service. Proposals from Fremont Chamber of Commerce members will always receive first consideration.
